Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All products are made-to-order. Production time is 1-3 business days, plus shipping time. Standard US shipping takes 5-7 business days after production.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the US costs $5.99 per item, or $7.99 for sweatshirts and hoodies. Orders over $175 qualify for FREE shipping within the US.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Stripe for secure payment processing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since our products are made-to-order, orders can only be cancelled or modified before production begins. Please contact us at contact@acmchic.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or inventory problems. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and an email explaining the reason.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized print-on-demand items can only be returned if defective or misprinted.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service at contact@acmchic.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions with a Return Authorization number.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label. For returns due to change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Quality

Are your products high quality?

Yes! We use premium materials and professional printing techniques. All our apparel is made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality control.

How should I care for my products?

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the printed design. Do not dry clean.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at contact@acmchic.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
