30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Method:

All returns must be shipped by mail to our warehouse address.

Item Condition:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Please note: Because all products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label (Free).
• Customer Remorse (Wrong size/Change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@acmchic.com within 30 days.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return (with photos if defective).
3. We will email you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
4. Ship the item back to the address below using the carrier of your choice (if customer remorse).

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Method: Original payment method.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
