Order Processing

All products are made-to-order to ensure quality. Please note the difference between processing time and transit time.

Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, and fulfillment partner workload.

• Handling/Production Time: 1-3 business days.
• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
• Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Transit time begins after the product has left our facility.

• Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days.

  • Other products: $5.99 / item
• Free Shipping: Available on US orders over $175.

Total delivery time = Handling Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (selected method).

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
